After graduating in Social Statistics and Demography, I spent a period working at Ancona’s I.N.R.C.A. Institute, as the director of methodological approach and data-processing on the Institute’s projects. I then decided to specialize in advertising graphic design, complete a Master’s course in planning for European projects, and build on-the-job skills in event planning and management, working for local PR agency Congredior. In 2009, the focus of my activity shifted towards cultural events: thus, in 2013, I was among the co-founders of PepeLab, a cultural association born within Tonidigrigio, of which I am currently the President. My work for PepeLab includes project design, management of cultural initiatives, needs analysis, definition of strategic interventions, fundraising, public and private partnerships, management of communication and administrative workflow.
